In connection with the expansion of presence of the US and Western European countries in markets and due to a significant increase of the number of clients and projects, VPR Consulting invites Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • monitoring, developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients from the United States and Western European countries (UK, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, etc.), tracking and ensuring customer satisfaction;
  • contract negotiations, development of relations with existing clients, additional sales of services and products of the Company;
  • seeking for new opportunities to expand cooperation with existing Customers, analysis of Customers' business processes and drawing up successful proposals for their automation with the help of Salesforce;
  • collection reports from project managers, work with objections / customer claims and negative aspects in the relationship with customers;
  • coordination of anticipated workload, control of document signing timeliness and invoice payments.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • 1-year experience as an Account Manager (project manager or sales manager) in IT-sphere;
  • strong skills in project management and ability to multitask;
  • great communication skills with Clients from abroad;
  • good command of spoken and written English;
  • high level of self-organization and planning, stress resistance.
